This is one of the operating programs for the WEIGHT multifunction indicator DW-XT. With this formulation program, dosing control products as Animal feed, Paintings, Varnishes, Medicines, Plastics, Concrete, Asphalt, etc is easy to do.

MAIN FEATURES

• Allows to tune the dosage with up to 3 flows.
• It has optoisolated digital inputs that can be linked to indicator´s keys (beginning of cycle, stop, pause, etc.).
• Allows to carry out listings of the results of the dosages.
• This indicator can be easily configurated by the program DW-REMOTE for WINDOWS™.
• Allows to transmit the dosage results to a remote computer.
• Allows direct connection with most popular PLCs making unnecessary to use its own input/output digital connections.

• There is a second software version that allows user to program complex batch processes as: Temporizations, partial discharges, wait for events, conditional jumps, etc.
• It allows to tune the dosage in a ramp controlling a frequency converter with input 0-10Vdc or 4-20mA.
• It can control all the formulation process and its results with the program DOSIFICA-PC for WINDOWS™.
• We can adapt the indicator´s operating to specific customer´s needs.
• Allows the connection in network of up to 99 indicators that can be managed from a central computer.
